How do I get started?
Registration process is very easy and will take few moments to complete. Simply click on JOIN NOW or REGISTER NOW and fill in the required information.
How is my profit calculated?
Your profit from a trade can be up from 1.2% to 45.5% of the capital invested. Profit depends on current package activated, the higher the package the more profit you earn.
Are there any commissions upon making transactions with my trading account?
Artesia Enterprises does not take any commissions on your transactions. But such commissions can be taken by the payment systems or payment aggregator.
What is the minimum deposit amount?
Minimum Deposit is $50 worth of Bitcoin or other accepted cryptocurrencies
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Minimum Withdrawal is $10 worth of Bitcoin or other accepted cryptocurrencies
How much time does it take to withdraw funds?
Withdrawals are processed instantly.
How to make Deposit
• After you have Login to your back office.
• Click on the the 3 horizontal line at the Top-left corner
• Click on Make a Deposit
• Select the investment package you wish to deposit into. i.e primary, secondary & universal Package.
• Select the payment processor i.e Bitcoin, Ethereum & USDT.
• Put in the deposit amount and click on make deposit.
• On the next page you copy the provide crypto wallet and send the deposit amount.
• Required information : you will have to copy the transaction ID or Hash from your porfolio paste then click on save.
Note: deposit will be approved by the administrator as soon as confirmed estimate time 0-24hrs .
How to make Withdrawal
• After you have Login to your back office.
• Click on the the 3 horizontal line at the Top-left corner
• Click on wallet settings Confirm your wallet address in your payment details
• then you Click on withdraw funds
• Select the payment processor i.e Bitcoin, Ethereum & USDT.
• Put in the withdrawal amount and click on withdraw funds
• On the next page you click on confirm.
Note: Withdrawal can only be processed by weekends only.
Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Estimate time for withdrawal is 0-48hrs after Request it never exceed.
How can I close my account?
In case you wish to stop using your account, please contact our Clients support department via email support@artesiaenterprises.com
Can I have more than one account?
No, you cannot have more than one account per member unless you were given a special admin permission to have more than one account. If you default by having more than one(1) account you are at risk of all your accounts being suspended.
